Home and Community-Based Services (HCS)

Bethesda is a licensed provider of home and community-based services in Kansas and a certified provider in Texas.

What is HCS?

Home and community-based services programs were developed by state agencies to expand access to high quality, cost-effective, consumer-directed home and community-based services and supports. These programs are designed to provide individuals who have developmental disabilities with choices about services they wish to receive and how and where they wish to receive them.

What is Bethesda's Role?

Bethesda works directly with the consumer and his or her family to choose the services that are best matched to the individual’s level of need. Our programs are designed by you and Bethesda to help your loved one grow in his or her independence. The choice is yours. We work with each person to help them reach the goals that they have set.
