Dr. David Geske retires as CEO (February 29, 2008)

Dr. Geske served Bethesda and it's affiliation, Good Shepherd Communities (GSC) for nearly 30 years. Zubke Promoted to North Division Operations Officer (July 2, 2007)
Debborah Zubke of Watertown has accepted the North Division Operations Officer position at Bethesda. Currently she serves as the North Central Regional Director, but will take responsibility for services Bethesda provides in Oregon, Washington, Wisconsin, Illinois, Eastern Missouri, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and New Jersey.
Bethesda Welcomes John Twardos as new Vice President and Chief Operations (July 2, 2007)
John Twardos has accepted the position of Vice President and Chief Operations Officer. As COO, Twardos will be responsible for all of the operational support services of Bethesda, including those of Good Shepherd Communities (GSC), and international programs.

Camp Matz 2008 Schedule (March 14, 2008)

Camp Matz is an outdoor campground on Bethesda's Watertown, WI Campus, which is fully accessible to people with cognitive and physical disabilities. Each summer, youth groups travel from everywhere to Camp Matz to help the campers enjoy a unique camping experience as part of Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod Servant Events.

Each year friends of Bethesda host a series of fund-raising golf tournaments. Register today for a day of fun in the sun! All proceeds from the events are used to continue Bethesda's ministry to people with developmental disabilities.
